Before founding Glow, I spent many years in the corporate world, where structure, accountability, and consistency weren’t optional — they were expected. Processes mattered. Documentation mattered. And results were measured, not assumed.
When I stepped away from that environment, I didn’t leave those standards behind. I built Glow with the same mindset: clear systems, repeatable processes, and an unwavering focus on doing things the right way — every time.
What began as a small, service-driven operation quickly grew into a trusted local brand. In a short period of time, Glow has earned the trust of over 1,000 homeowners, providing consistent, high-quality property services across the Coachella Valley. Chris Schachter is the Co-Founder of Glow Home Watch & Concierge and founder of Glow Window Cleaning. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Bellevue University and built Glow on the belief that blue-collar work ethic and white-glove service belong together.
