Each visit includes a structured interior and exterior inspection covering security, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and visible signs of damage or unusual conditions. In addition, we follow a customized checklist created specifically for your home.

Do you provide reports after each visit?

Yes. After every inspection, you receive a detailed digital report with written notes and time-stamped photos. If an issue requires attention, we notify you promptly.

What happens if you find a problem?

If we discover an issue, we contact you immediately and can help coordinate next steps, including meeting vendors, providing access, or monitoring repairs—based on your instructions.

Are you a handyman or repair service?

No. Glow Home Watch is not a handyman or repair service. Our role is oversight, documentation, and coordination. We focus on identifying issues early and helping manage solutions through trusted vendors.
